Resume designer

Career Studios by Resume Tailor LLC seeks a remote resume writer who can showcase a professional's career journey, tactfully capturing a client’s talents, skills, and unique career-based stories. Highlights:

  • Produce 3-5 resumes each week and collaborate with a team of career designers

  • This role is remote and contract-based

  • Compensation: $60-$70 per assignment, this role does not interact directly with clients

Required

  • 4+ Years of resume writing experience

  • Experience using Google Docs, Microsoft Word, and/or Pages (Mac)

  • Experience working remotely

  • Legally authorized to work in the United States

Desired

  • Creative writing experience

  • Background in career advisement or counseling

operations assistant

Career Studios by Resume Tailor LLC seeks a remote operations assistant who will support our team of career designers as they provide service to our clientele. The operations assistant will support client-based operations (i.e., document preparation, service coordination), social media operations (i.e., scheduling posts, lightly editing content, and engaging with followers) and general administrative tasks. Highlights:

  • This role is 100% remote, temporary, 5-8 hours per week, and compensated hourly

  • This role is remote and contract-based

  • Compensation: $20-$25 per hour

Required

  • Previous administrative or operations-related experience

  • Skills: coordination, planning, social media management

  • Strong ability in posting and then engaging on social media platforms (i.e., Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Facebook)

  • Access to and use of word processors (primarily Pages for Mac, secondarily Word for PC)

Desired

  • Interest in supporting the needs of a growing start-up with passionate team members

  • Social media management

  • Creative, out-of-the-box type thinker
