MMCC is a vital community resource in New York City, serving over 35,000 individuals each year—from preschoolers to older adults. Through comprehensive support, enrichment, education, and recreation programs, they create opportunities for people to live productive, fulfilling lives.
CHALLENGES TO THRIVING
Despite their meaningful mission, MMCC noticed staff morale slipping. Senior program directors, managers, and counselors were eager to reconnect with their personal passion and realign their daily work with MMCC’s core mission. They sought guidance on revitalizing staff energy and deepening commitment to the organization’s purpose.
OUR THRIVING APPROACH
To help MMCC’s team move from surviving to thriving, we introduced a multifaceted solution that combined inspiration, strategy, and hands-on learning. A Keynote Presentation energized 200 staff members, helping them connect their personal passions to MMCC’s mission. A Workshop Series at their professional development conference focused on aligning purpose, improving communication, and strengthening collaboration. One-on-One Executive Coaching provided program directors with personalized guidance to enhance leadership growth and decision-making. Finally, an Interactive Workbook & Activities encouraged self-reflection, critical thinking, and actionable goal-setting, empowering staff to take ownership of their professional journey.
